GREETINGS, In the past four generations we have always strived to send you the best quality carved stone products possible. Our devoted efforts to details help separate us from our competitors and has helped insure your confidence in the quality you receive from us.
To go along with our quality work, we have started making changes in our office within the past year. In our first step to make your job easier, last spring we sent you a "AS SHOWN" price list for all 280 Designs in our white Kollmann Sales Book. We also sent a "Flat/ Shaped Carved Rose Design" in classic Mahogany granite so you could show your customers the difference and they could compare apples to apples. Your comments on both changes have lead us to believe that our efforts are working.
We are planning for the Spring season right now. You can expect more improvements and specials to come from us. Some of the Highlights of 2006 will include: A redefined price guide that will be more "user" friendly with all in one pricing, re-organized "user" friendly Stock list, seasonal specials and improved sales materials.
