Checking Orders Designing Orders
Reviewing Full Sized Sketch Punch Machine
|
Joe's Design room is where we create the realistic looking sketches for our customers. We also cut all of the stencil for orders with our plotter and punch machine.
The Pictures on the left show Joe creating sketches, getting orders ready to cut and reviewing current orders.
The punch machine picture shows how we used to do most of our lettering before we switched to the CAD system in the mid 1980's. We still use the punch machine for a few lettering jobs.
Our design station for our Laser Etching machine is next to the punch machine. We use this area to get portraits, custom designs, and KMW designs ready to be laser etched on granite. |
